PREAMBLE

World-Wide Life Enhancement Facility is a  charity serving asylum seekers and refugees in Lancashire, Liverpool City and Manchester City. We provide a range of services supporting the wellbeing, livelihoods and integration of those seeking sanctuary in the UK. Our mission is to support those seeking sanctuary to move out of poverty and destitution and be empowered to achieve their full potential. The Charity is a safe space for Asylum Seekers, Refugees, and  the Black and Asian minority Ethnic Groups (BAME).

We also provide a room for women only, where women come to meet, relax and find out about the community they have been dropped into. We offer a wide range of services which are centred on the principles of Friendship and Welcome. These include access to other agencies delivering refugee services on site. We intend a Fridays Women’s drop in. This is a safe place for women to make friends, share stories and skills with each other.  Women with no recourse to public funding are able to receive one to one support, register for housing and receive a food and toiletries parcel each week. Mum’s can bring along babies and pre school children provided they remove them if they are crying and disturbing the session.
