THE PREVENTION OR RELIEF OF POVERTY

TESTING AND TRACING FOR CORONAVIRUS

We are pleased to inform the general public that testing and tracing for the coronavirus is currently going on at the Harris Library located  in  city centre of Preston Lancashire. We collaborate with the Preston City Council and the British Army in conducting testing and tracing for coronavirus and ensuring that anyone who develops symptoms of coronavirus (COVID-19) can quickly be tested to find out if they have the virus, help trace close recent contacts of anyone who tests positive for coronavirus and, if necessary, notify them that they must self-isolate at home to help stop the spread of the virus.

The service will help identify, contain and control coronavirus, reduce the spread of the virus and save lives. Anyone who tests positive for coronavirus will be contacted by NHS Test and Trace and will need to share information about their recent interactions.
